We stopped at Wendy's On Sunday June 14th. We were exhausted from moving my daughter over the weekend and we all just needed a cool drink and something to eat. Our family is not familiar with the Lynchburg area so we googled restaurants where this Wendy's came up so we decided to try it. The service was excellent. We were all tired and punchy and the cashier was very patient with our group. The food was fresh and excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. Did a online order they didnt have what I ordered then wouldn't give a refund. Then told me to call customer service and wouldn't give the number. Told me to get out the line im holding it up. Waited 10 mins at the intercom with the window down in the pouring rain for nothing. No food or refund. How wonderful.....

Waited twenty minutes in a drive-thru at noon without any cars moving before pulling out and not getting my order. Fast food in general has already gotten absurdly expensive, but bad service on top of it? There’s a reason why I avoid these places now.

Worst Wendy's ever been here a few times cause it right next to my job . several times the food I ordered was wrong or barely warm.. employees are slow w no sense of urgency they are too busy having private conversation with each other..do not recommend
