Wow so pleasantly Surprised by Kennedy Fried Chicken! I saw it on a search for food while visiting Lynn and saw the positive reviews. I could care less that this place is not at very nice inside. It is adequate and matches other fried chicken spots. However what this place excels in is quality well cooked / well seasoned chicken and stellar customer service! One of my favorite places for fried chicken in the area. Absolutely worth driving 20 minutes each way. The chicken is just lightly battered, perfectly seasoned, and not greasy at all. I am assuming the owner is the man working the counter. He is, by far, one of the most hospitable store owners around. The few times I've been there, he practically treats me like family. Amazing fried chicken. Got a a spicy sandwich combo and a piece of the fried chicken. Food was super fresh, delicious, and amazing friendly service. I will come back for sure. The sandwich was perfect, crunchy, had a nice heat to it and the greens and sauces been perfect balanced and I could eat it easily by hand. The fried chicken is just delicious, juicy, has good flavor and enough crust but is not dominated by it. The fries were on point and perfect side. You get good service with a smile, amazing comfort food and all For a fair price. I come back for sure. Can only recommend this place.

My first visit here. I thought the flavor of the chicken was really good. However the pieces of the chicken were really small. I like to have a nice big breast, so that I can really sink my teeth into the meat. This isn't the case here. You have to fight the bones to get at the meat. The prices are reasonable, but I would much rather pay a bit more and have a memorable experience.
