I had a good time at Amici's. I was greeted by a lady named Miss Tiffany. Very charismatic and sweet. Miss Tiffany was nothing short of amazing. She was kind to me the whole time. She always checked on other customers and me, making sure we're ok. The food was delicious too! Hats off to the chef! I wish I could say the same about the other staff members. First time eating here. It was an awesome experience. The atmosphere was opened and refreshing and the service was out of this world!!! I don’t even like leaving reviews like this, but this experience was just bad all around. Service was the first issue. My server forgot to ring up my slice of pizza, so after my wings came out, I had to wait another 30 minutes for it. And when it finally came, it wasn’t even plated just tossed in a to-go box. Then it somehow got worse. I found a hair in my drink… completely threw me off. The bartender working that night had shoulder-length hair and a full beard that wasn’t tied back or covered. When I told the manager, he didn’t apologize or seem concerned at all. He snatched the drink out
