Update 04/03/2025: Our order was placed on the app for pickup but decided to dine in. Our order was sitting in the warmer when I walked up to the order pickup side and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence even though they walked by me many times. The cashier's customer service skills were absolutely horrible. She neither smiled or friendly with the customers. She definitely needs some work on how to be professional but friendly with customers. The food was hot and fresh but the fountain drinks tasted flat and watered down. Not in an amazing part of town, especially at night. A few cars were parked alongside the curb by the door because they are making their drive thru performance look better by clearing out the drive thru before your order is actually completed. (Lots of drive thru places fake their performance timing). When it was my turn to go around the building and wait in the next line by the opposite side doors, they ended up bringing my food out without a receipt. When I asked for the receipt it was a big deal to them because apparently they don't like to include a receipt normally. Overall, this
