“I went to Pho’Dera restaurant in Madera, California, my order was Pho shrimp soup. The place was very busy. While I waited, I noticed that the staff, when clearing tables, were reusing lemons, sauces, cilantro, and onion that had already been used by other customers, putting them back into the new orders. This seemed very unsanitary. I saw this when my dish was being prepared, and when I received it, I pointed out my concern. The employee, realizing this, kindly took the dish back, replaced the condiments, and gave me a new plate. Despite this correction, I felt the situation was unhygienic,

Recently passed through Madera and stopped to eat here. It was delicious. They have many soup options as well as appetizers, sandwiches food choices. We got sea food pho, and my son got chicken chowmein. He loved it! Place is a bit outdated, but food and service was good.

Pho review time. Total cost 24$ pho, tea and a tip. Came in and this place wants you to order when you come in. I ordered the 12 steak and tendon with extra tendon. They even put the extra tendon in a bowl on the side which I added in so the hot soup heats it up. Its a one size bowl. I also got a matcha latte. The pho broth id say is more of a Lao style. Its flavorful with beef and spice notes. The noodles are fresh. I liked the amount of basil, bean sprouts, jalepenos, and lemon. The chile oil is tasty its about a 6 as a Mexican spice scale. Overall id rate this pho a 4/5. It was good but not
