We came here for lunch and the service was great. We were welcomed in before they even opened. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and flatbread pizza. Both were very good. Our only disappointment was that complimentary rolls or bread was not offered with our meals like most Italian restaurants.

slowest service i've ever experienced in my life. they should be prepared with enough staff for weekends/holidays. there was no host, the servers took forever to take our order because it didn't seem they had assigned sections, and it took OVER 2 hours to get our food. and it's literally just pasta, like its not that complicated. they kept saying its busy but they have more employees than customers currently. like its literally dead it shouldn't take that long. the food, after waiting two hours, was under seasoned and overcooked. their fryer broke so i didn't even get my side of fries. I've been here twice with vastly different experiences. On first Friday, I would rate Monza 1*. Awful service, awful drinks, etc. We went back on a weeknight, and had amazing service (wish I remembered the waitresses name to give her a shout-out), great drinks and OMG THE PULLED PORK HAWAIIAN PIZZA IS TO DIE FOR. We also ordered a steak and pesto pasta special which was ok but not exceptional. The atmosphere is great too, we sat outside on one of their 2 patios.
