My good friend of mine had ordered through the app some good delivery food. It’s been over two hours and he still hasn’t received his order. We attempted to bring this up to the drive-through Employees, And they didn’t seem to make the situation right. They charged us again for more food. As a food service worker myself, I expected a compensation for more than lack luster service. We provided information of the order details and ticket times as well. Went through drive thru and had a mobile order. Took 5 minutes to get from speaker to window. They had the wrong order ready at the window and it became obvious they gave our order to the people in front of us. They said it was gonna be a few minutes to make our order and to pull around and they'd run it out. Kinda lame, but no big deal. Accidents happen, and at least the food will be hot/fresh. I was craving the old Italian Chicken Sandwich and ordered the 2 for $5 special with a 4 pack of mozzarella sticks. I put them on my chicken sandwich adding 2 n packs of marinara sauce to it. OMG, was that good. My other sandwich was a Whopper JR as a part of the 2 for $5. I also added a soft drinks off the value menu. With tax it came to $8.88. Not bad for a meal that made my tummy full! Bathrooms clean, service great!. I came in at 11:45 am.
