Here we goooooooo!!!!!! I went through the drive-thru at Jason’s Deli to pick up two bowls of potato soup for my 78-year-old grandmother and her neighbor, expecting a quick and simple order. Instead, I waited over 15 minutes in line for just two soups, with cars backed up behind me. When I finally got to the window, I asked why it was taking so long. I have been coming to this location specifically for 8 years and order pretty much the same items. One of those is the managers special with a half club Royale and the cup of pot pie soup with the puff pastry. I have also frequented the Midtown (FTW) location for the past two years for lunch. And ordered the pot pie soup both ways cup or bowl. And always received the full puff pastry square. Sometimes order an extra one due to liking them so much. I’ve usually had a good experience here, but I was very disappointed today when I got the Manager special and ordered the salmon sandwich for the first time and they brought me out a supposed half of a sandwich that was maybe an inch and a half to 2 inches wide. It looks so tiny I’ve even went back and told them I think they gave me a fourth of a sandwich and they said no that’s half of The sandwich. I was so disappointed, Hello my name is Sonya Dorsey, my husband and I visited the Jason's deli at 1718 N Hwy 287, Mansfield Tx Store #193 on Sunday 9/15 at around 6 pm, we ordered 2 pasta dishes and 2 potatoes, 1 was a plain potato with bacon, and the other was a Polo Mexicana with light pico and extra butter, sour cream, when we got home and I opened my potato there was some disgusting black stuff in the potato, I immediately took pictures, made a video and called the store, the person who answered the phone was laughing and questioning me about the potato, this was an immediate red flag, I
