As a regular customer, I've noticed that the medium fries portions have become noticeably smaller over time. The current serving size is disappointing and raises questions about the value being offered. If this is what a medium looks like now, I can't imagine how small the small fries must be. It's frustrating to see portion sizes reduced while prices remain the same. If this continues, I won't be returning to this location. The greed on the portion is real!

we finished our meals and decide to get two ice creams cones. it should take 2 mins for the cashier who is free to give it. but he cannot. they system won’t process for 20 mins. As there is 20 minutes of drive through and mobile orders to process before this order shows up. The drive through lines are very long in the evenings. Their order fulfillment system goes is same line for whole drive through and even if inside is not busy is a long wait. around 15-20 mins wait a supervisor helped get the order. Good food but not a fun environment. And they need vegetarian options.

came here as a quick pit stop on a family trip, the whole team was very kind and accommodating. very welcoming employees, it was my sisters 3rd birthday and she got a free ice cream, Eman was very kind, and an older gentleman came up to ask us multiple times to check in overall 10/10 experience
