had a pretty unsettling experience at Café Zupas today. Overall, the food itself tasted good, and I was enjoying my meal—until I got to the chocolate-covered strawberry. When I bit into it, I discovered there was a worm inside. What made this even more alarming was that I was sharing it with my one-year-old, which immediately raised serious concerns about food safety and quality control. Finding something like that in fresh fruit is unacceptable, especially from a place that presents itself as clean and high-quality. I have came here for years and usually love this place. It’s been a year sense I have visited so I was excited to bring my friend but when I came the staff was less accommodating then normal and the proportions have gotten skimpier also. Most of my sandwich that I got was bread and the lobster bisque tasted like tomato and immediately made my stomach hurt. I had a few bites and asked if I could switched my soup and the guy said I don’t think so I just started. Absolutely terrible service for delivery drivers. I walked in, clearly identified myself as picking up an Uber order, and was told it wasn't ready. I sat down and waited, expecting them to call me when it was actually prepared. Instead, the employee just went back to what she was doing without telling the kitchen staff that a driver was already there waiting. That kind of attitude tells delivery customers you simply don't care about their orders.

First time eating here, and I won’t be back anytime soon. We had to tell four different people our order, and somehow the sandwich was still missing. The food was really disappointing. The salad wasn’t fresh, the soup was cold, and the bread was hard and dry. The whole experience was frustrating, especially given how simple the order was. I honestly don’t understand how a place with this level of service and food quality stays open.
