40 plus years of eating at the Jack and this was the worst I've ever had. Ordered the Supreme Crosaint breakfast meal. The potato was good the coffee was like warm. The sandwich... Well ..It was about the size of a slider and the egg was burnt. And all mushed up. Even the rest room wasn't up to normal Jack par. The best part was the service was good with a smile. Bottom line... The Marana Jack needs help.

At the time if service, it was morning. The area appeared sketchy which is why I did drive thru. Order was taken and repeated correctly. But when i got to the window, the attendant seemed distracted. I ordered a #14 spicy chicken sandwich combo, with no lettuce. Onion rings instead of fries and milk tea with Boba. I was asked to drive around and wait for my ordered. I did, then the same attendant came out and asked if I wanted no chicken on my sandwich. 🤔🥴 First the sandwich did not have a spicy chicken patty, it appeared to be chicken tenders. Went through the drive thru always horrible service. Ordered spicy chicken and onion rings. See the photo of the brown lettuce the other photo is a piece of plastic that was stuck to one of the onion rings I am going to assume it was cooked with the onion rings. Your staff is always slow, the food is way over priced. This will be my final visit to your location. To top it off it was $15.97 for the sandwich and the rings. Stay away from this location it is very bad.

I understand being understaffed so we did not mind the wait in the drive thru (inside was closed). We were there 45 minutes. The gentleman at the window asked if we wanted sauce. I asked him what they kinds they had. He said I don't know. Huh. Anyway, had to air fry our fries cuz they were not cooked. Then I open my Hamburger to find there was actually only HALF a patty on it, the smallest tomatoe ever and almost no ketchup. It looked nothing like their sourdough jack. It was terrible. Short staffed or not, this is just unacceptable.
