Ok. Don’t let the outside appearance steer you away. At first, I said, what the heck… La Granja is such a wonderful spot with a friendly crew running it. The food is delicious, fresh and authentic. My favorite part or this restaurant is their salsa and sauce station, where the guests can fill up their own little cups of salsas and spicy sauces to go, or to dine in. I had the steak meal, with rice, beans and sweet plantains, it was flavorful and everything was well seasoned. Definitely come here if you’re looking for a meal that will for sure fill you and not break your wallet

My friend told me about this place several time and about how good the food and sauces were. So last night we went together and had dinner. The restaurant is a converted taco bell and doesn't look like much from outside. But the food is really good. I had a grilled steak with rice and beans. He had a 1/2 chicken dinner with rice and beans. He had also told me that the fried rice was really good so I got annorder of chicken fried rice to share and take home. Overall the food was really very good as we're the sauces. The prices were very reasonable also. Couldn't eat at any fast food pl

They took their one vegetarian item off their menu. The vegetarian bowl. They offered me instead the chicken, steak or shrimp bowl, which is pretty stupid and unhelpful and then refused to make me anything else similar but said she could sell me a chicken meal and then give me lettuce and tomato instead of the chicken. What used to be a great place for my whole family where I could also eat is now somewhere we'll never go again. Don't waste your time driving like we did to be disappointed, and hungry.

I was in line for 15 minutes. Waiting for two customers in front of me to place their order. We it's my turn I ask for the lunch special and was told it's 4:02 and it ended at 4:00. I told that we were in line for 15 minutes. They ignored me and rung up my order without giving me the lunch special. I decided not to order and walked out. The staff needs to take a human diversity course. Very rude and cold. Won't ever go back to this location.
