The entire crew, including management, needs to be replaced. This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced. Every time I come to this McDonald’s, there’s an issue. On multiple occasions, I’ve been told to pull into a reserved parking spot and then left waiting over 30 minutes with no food—completely forgotten. During my most recent visit, my Sprite tasted like acid water. To make matters worse, they gave my food to another vehicle and then tried to hand it to me. I specifically asked for fresh food since it had already been given to someone else. The employee said she would remake it, but

Pretty good. I come here almost daily and I usually eat inside. The service can be slow sometimes but no pressure, the staff seem very sweet at all times and I highly appreciate that 🌸 they always ask if I need extra condiments. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with THIS type of spectacular service. 🙏🏻

Everytime I come here the staff is rude. Came here at 10:45 and they refused to serve lunch, it is not posted anywhere, nor is it on their website that they have different hours for lunch than every other mcd's. Just another reason to never come here again. Luckily there are 3 other mcd's in the area that I've had great service at and I won't be back!
