This is the 4th time I've ordered from here, because management says they are giving the kids a chance... first of all, YOU NEED TO TRAINED THE KIDS IN HOW TO COOK A PIZZA! Not give them a chance. Today... my pizza looked uncooked, I literally had to put it in my oven to bring it to perfection. MANAGEMENT YOU NEED TO LEARN TO MAKE THE PIZZAS BEFORE YOU TRAIN SOMEONE ELSE!!! The kids don't know!!!

Ordered from home and showed up about 5 or 10 minutes early for pickup. Waited an hour for the pizza. It was very badly made. It was about 3 inches tall. Looked like a cake. No toppings within 2. In of the edge of the pizza on any side. I'm afraid to go back and take a chance on ordering another pizza here.

Be prepared to add on minutes to literally an hour to any order anytime. No one is ever (and I mean ever!) at the counter to greet you or to see who is there for what. Even when it says in the app your order is ready, it isn't. They will take orders for and sell your items that they are out of. Because of this pizza is always cold (I usually heat in air fryer right when I get home). Worst managed and worst run Little Caesars...but we still go there because it is cheap. If upper management visited this store they would be shut down within minutes and restructured.
