I visited the Papa Johns Pizza located at 41620 Casa Grande Highway Suite 107 in Maricopa, Arizona on a Saturday afternoon. I picked up an order I placed and paid for on the internet. I ordered Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites and used a promo code to save 20% and the total including tax was $6.08. The food was ready when I arrived and I was in and out of the store in less than 30 seconds. The Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites were hot and fresh. They were delicious. I would try them again, especially with the promo code to save money.

I guess this is what our local Papa John’s considers “extra cheese”. Also the delivery driver was a pretty creepy and unsettling guy. Very strange and aggressive for no apparent reason.

Your app was great until you moved it to AI. Your AI feature needs major help. I’ve never been so frustrated placing an order that ultimately ended up being wrong and AI changed it to pick up when it was supposed to be delivery. Glad I added that $7 tip so I could come pick it up. Will not order again if AI takes over my order. Nothing against AI but you all got the Temu AI.

Listen, I very rarely do poor reviews, but this was bad. The pizza used to be so good, my personal favorite. This time it tasted like when Pizzahut when they went to hell. Cheap ingredients, greasy, no flavor and the wings were like chicken nuggets with a little bit of sauce. Honestly gross... None of us finished any pizzas, or wings, we all ate something else from the house. That is how bad it was. Very sad that they changed there ways, because they were my all time favorite.... We will never go back unfortunately.
