I ordered a chicken ranch wrap - plain, chicken only, the wrap only. I paid the $9.39. Its a regular order and as happens occasionally it was very little chicken, filled with lettuce, cheese and ranch sauce. But to make it worse the chicken had not been properly heated and parts were still ice cold. One piece of chicken was semi warm. For this reason alone, I am posting because this waa absolutely unacceptable. Kendall was highly disrespectful and rude! Poor customer service skills. he turned off the mobile ordering app and lied stating the card machine is down and we had to go thru the drive thru so we couldn’t pick up food call support they stated they didn’t see nothing wrong I then when supported tried to cal the store he ignore them calling he took the phone off the hook and placed it in his pocket. Got an attitude and very loud because I asked for the general manager information.

For me Wendy's is always a hit, hot fries cold frosty, and not to mention the best fast food sauce on any side of the Mississippi the GHOST PEPPER RANCH kills it every time. Staff kills it always having a smile. This Wendy's is laid out funny but is kindof cool that there is a good quiet corner for studies and things of the sort. But the thing of it is that this place slaps.

I literally bought two meals and only got one sauce when I asked for another one in a different flavor. They told me I had to pay extra for it. I should get at least one sauce per meal. Also, their speaker barely worked. The manager was screaming at people and the guy at the drive-through window didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing at all
