1 star is wayyyyyy too many stars for this place. Walked in at 10:15. 5 tables seated with two of those tables already eating and one having already ordered prior to our arrival. Just two of us. Ordered two omelette and pancakes. 45 minutes later my friend got his omelette. 5 minutes later he was delivered the protein pancakes I ordered. 15 minutes later, he’s done eating. I still have no food. This place is a joke for sure. So after a little over an hour of waiting, watching my friend get his food and eat it, I still got no food…

This is the ultimate best location. Ms. Shelly is truly amazing and the staff is always so friendly and polite. It’s like she hand picks her staff because everyone has the same energy has she does. My favorite is the Colorado Omelette…Delicious. I’m not saying other locations are not good but I love this little IHOP. You just get that comfy homie feeling.

We ordered through Uber eats, our Uber driver waited an hour on outlr food to come out. Then, after we got it half our order was wrong. My wife's omelet was basically all spinach and liquid in the bottom, my French toast had no syrup. Normally I wouldn't care about the syrup but we are moving and I dont have any. I do not recommend going to this ihop.
