If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered online before arriving, was declined service inside because they pre close at 11pm. Drive thru was hell. 20 min wait. After receiving my order from the window, they mis prepped and forgot 1 of my plate. Had to go back to the drive thru even through my order was ready and was declined service again inside. Just to accommodate convenience.

Bit into a raw piece of orange chicken which I thought was a piece of honey walnut shrimp (i got both) i was so disgusted. Disappointed because we always come here. Never had an issue before. I get they are busy and staff is actually really nice especially the cashier he was very friendly . but this is could be dangerous🤢

This was my first time at this location. I went to the drive through. The customer service was good. The food service was quick. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and spring rolls. The food was delicious. The food portion was ok. I received more rice than chicken. I recommend this location.

Upon arriving, the restaurant wasn’t very busy. A staff member was mopping, and there were only two people ahead of us in line. While waiting to order, I noticed that some of the female staff appeared to be new. They were working at a slower pace and seemed a bit nervous, which is understandable as part of the learning process. However, what stood out was the behavior of the manager or lead on duty. She was off to the side texting on her phone and later walked over to the kitchen area, engaging the staff in conversation. At one point, just as it was our turn to order, she pulled the employee
