I usually never have issues with this location, but I ordered through DoorDash for delivery after seeing the meal being promoted and marked as ordered multiple times. I added a garlic bagel as the base for my sandwich, but what I received looked nothing like what was advertised or expected. What’s most frustrating is that I was never notified that my order had been changed or substituted. I understand mistakes happen, but it would’ve been nice if someone packing the order noticed something was clearly off before sending it out. Great bagels 🥯 but they need to make the tables set up for dine in only guests not for those waiting to pick up and go. These people are obstructing tables for those of us that want to dine in and it is wrong!!! Owner of the store needs to put a sign up that if you are not dining in, not to sit in the chairs to please wait outside with a pager or you will get a text when your order is ready. We have had to sit in our car to eat because of these people. Then when they get their order ,we see them leave! If I owned this business, THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN!!

Brianna (or whoever has the black and pink hair) really ruined the vibe for this place. She didn’t acknowledge that we walked up to place an order, and was rude when I asked about what coffee and rolls they had. She didn’t act like she wanted her job at all. The food was good, despite her putting the order in wrong, and the rest of the workers were very nice and helpful. Overall a nice place to eat, but owners need to be mindful that one bad employee can ruin a good experience.
