Came today at 1150 am. Ordered a roast beef sandwich and 3 piece tenders. Took 2 minutes to be acknowledged at the speaker, another 4 minutes to get to window and another 5 to get my order. Man who took order was standing at the counter joking with someone inside. Food was cold. Will never return

The food is amazing especially the steaks. The atmosphere is nice along with the service. There's a server at the one in New Phili that is awesome. Her name is Kristen and I ask to sit at one of her tables when there's other people with us.

Cheesesteak was dry. No veggies! Very greasy! Chicken salad sandwich was not like I expected. Very little flavor! Where are the nuts? No bronoberry sauce served with our poppers! Really disappointed with our order!

Ive been here several times and it has been hit or miss. Today at 10:12 AM I order a double beef and cheddar meal. They told me they were making fries fresh. I waited over 20 min for my food. When I received my food the beef n cheddar had no cheddar on it and the beef was thrown on the sandwich, not even put together in layers. After reassembling my sandwich I took 1 bite and had to spit it out, It was disgusting. The beef was dry and had a terrible texture. Worst sandwich I have ever had from an Arby's. I refuse to spend 12 dollars for a 20 min wait and a sandwich that is disgusting. I won't
