Tried calling and some sarcastic jerk answered and acted like he couldn’t understand that my frosty swirl arrived with no lid from DoorDash my dashed asked for one and apparently Wendy’s refused now I just wasted $6 for nothing because that’s disgusting who wants a frosty without a lid and to get such bad customer service on top of it? Worst Wendy’s around.

Order me a couple cheeseburgers, fries, chicken wrap, and the Brownie Oreo Frosty’s. Fries were super cold burgers were cold. Wrap was cold no flavor ! You are home extremely disappointed to see that there’s no brownies in my Oreo brownie frosty that’s called false advertisement. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves charging people $4.90 for a frosty and only got half of what you guys are saying it has y’all need to fix your night crew and morning crew
