Rhyan Guevarra★★★★★If you want some amazing authentic noodles that is on par with Chinatown in nyc this comes pretty close. Service was great they are attentive. got the braised beef soup with shaved noodles, beef chili oil noodles, pan fried pork dumplings, fried sesame ball . The flavor of the broth was very good. Lots of depth. And the beef was very tender . The chili oil noodles had great consistency in terms of noodle elasticity and the chili was good. Could have had added a bit more actually . Pan fried dumplings is the only way to go IMO. And the sesame balls are good palate cleansers . Definitely
Lisa Buchanan★I heard that this place had amazing fresh noodles. That might be the case but I just spent $105 for food that was not worth it. The string beans cooked in garlic sauce was good. That was it. The Mongolian chicken horrible, not a good flavor. The pan fried dumplings tasted like they were made with hamburger meat and they do serve hamburgers. The dumpling sauce, sour and horrible. The simplest thing was the house lo mein. Two pieces of shrimp small. +4 or five pieces of chicken. No beef whatsoever. I’m sorry I worked all day and I have nothing to show for it. Don’t waste your time on assuming fr
K.S.★★★★★Omg! Had the pickled cucumbers and braised beef noodle soup with some added pickled cabbage for $3 extra at our request. Everything about it was perfect! The best broth I’ve ever had. The service was excellent as well. Very friendly , helpful and attentive.
J P★★★★★Unbelievably good food and one of the best restaurants I've been to in Charlotte. Steamed dumplings were great. The stir fried shaved noodle dish with beef was absolutely amazing. The braised beef soup was 10/10. Noodles were definitely the high point of every dish, and you can watch the chefs making them fresh to order while you eat. Kitchen and restaurant were clean. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Don't pay attention to the 1 star reviews, they have no idea what they're talking about.
