The only reason this location is getting a 2 is because of how professional & apologetic the manager was. My wife & I came here for lunch. We ordered at the kiosk & sat down expecting them to call my name when the order was ready. They seemed to get extremely busy so I didn’t think too much about waiting. 15 minutes go by & no food. So when I went to the counter I asked about our order just to given a bag of food that had been sitting behind the counter. This Burger King is absolutely disgusting. First of all, the staff took 5 minutes to answer the drive thru window. I was literally just sitting there for what felt like forever. Then after I ordered they took 15 minutes to bring my food out. 15 minutes. So I was like okay, well at least the food will be fresh. NOPE. The food was so disgusting that I couldn't eat it. And I'm broke! I'll eat anything! It's BKs like this that cause people to say BK is garbage. I'm used to the Lake Zurich BK. It's 1000% better than this one. Placed my order at the counter and paid. I never got a receipt, sat and waited. The customers after me placed their orders and got them right away. I stood there confused as to what was going on with my order. They looked at me confused as if I was never here. I asked where my order was and they asked for an order name or number. I had neither since i didn't get a receipt or was asked for a name. So they didn't believe that i placed an order. Anyway, they finally gave me my order with no sorry or anything about it. I'm not going there again!

Place should be condemned and shut down. Had a whopper there and had food poisoning for 2 days straight after. The lettuce was funky looking and so were the tomatoes. The manager working there looked like they hadn't showered for a week and the place was truly dirty. How this place is in business is beyond my understanding. Don't waste your money and go to mcdonalds instead.
