Man, what an amazing experience! The owner was so friendly and welcoming, it instantly felt like we were visiting family. I ordered the combination pho, and wow—the broth was absolutely incredible. I didn’t need to add oyster sauce or sriracha; it was perfect just as it was. We also ordered spring rolls, and those were fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and even my 2-year-old son loved them! He got some noodles too, and he couldn’t get enough. For dessert, we tried the purple tapioca, and man, that was the perfect sweet ending. They have the best tasting papaya salad. We really loved and enjoyed it. They were fast and friendly. Although the restaurant name outside is a different name, not Pho Bistro. It was Ocean something, I can't quite remember.
