2Apr2025 8:30pm Updated review changed to 2 star DriveThru. 4 times to say hello or say have a nice day. Just a blank stare with cold food as it took almost 10 minutes for an order of "hunter x nuggets meal" with no one in line or in the parking lot. The beautiful large young female taking the order stated they were out sprite. After meeting me for payment in the first window she continued in the second window giving the silent treatment as to the whereabouts of the rest of the food. For ten minutes, I expect extremely hot fresh food and a reasoning for the wait. Customer service response

Had a frustrating experience with curbside pickup. Waited 20 minutes for food that didn't arrive, then had to go through the drive-thru. We then waited 30 more minutes for our hotcakes, and by the time we got them, the other food was cold and drinks were watered down. The staff at the second window specifically seemed overwhelmed, and they were not friendly. Luckily, the girl who brought out our order was nicer, but by that point it was already a really disappointing visit. Then we realized an egg one of us ate looked like a health hazard, pic included.

I must say that not all McDonald's locations are created equal. This particular restaurant consistently delivers prompt and courteous service, with my order arriving promptly at the table, piping hot and accompanied by perfectly crispy fries. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and look forward to returning soon.
