This Chick-fil-A location is horrible to say the least. I complained to corporate about three months ago regarding this location and the terrible terrible manager and nothing‘s been done. The establishment has only gotten worse. The manager has got to be the worst manager on this planet. She is very untrained and pretty clueless. Thought I’d give them another shot the other day & ordered a frosted coffee (figured how could they mess that up). It was barely even filled 3/4 of the way in the cup but of course they charged me full price. Chick-fil-A corporate needs to step in immediately because

I am so frustrated and will not be back to this location for our catering needs! My order was 20 minutes late coming out, you gave us NO ketchup when we had 3 trays of fries (yes I requested it!). We received no plates and not even 1 napkin! I specifically requested all this. Because the food came out late, we took the order and ran. We looked inside the bags and not a napkin, ketchup or plate was included. I spent $150 I would hope it would come with napkins and plates and ketchup

I went for an ice cream cone. The worker brings me a very small ice cream cone. The manger says that’s the size when I order cones regularly. Umh ok. I said no thanks asked for a refund and went to a different store. The ice cream pictured is from the different location. This store has given me the wrong order twice. Once I went all the way home.
