The food was delicious. Most of it was authentic Spanish fare, some of it was a bit of Spanish/American fusion. From the food, to the service and the atmosphere, all of it deserved to be labeled "Fine Dining." The oxtails reminded me of Sunday dinners in Galicia, and I couldn't get enough of the Serrano ham, Manchego cheeses, and don't leave without a piece of the olive oil cake.

We ordered multiple starters under happy-hour pricing, I could have been more impressed - while advertised as elevated sides, there was still more to be desired for flavor profiles and portions (even for tapas). We came here after going to two other places in this area. They were awful. We were so hungry. We came in here very hopefully. Instantly the vibe was so much better. Manda greeted us. The food was absolutely amazing and came out a lot faster than we were thinking it would. Manda made sure we got everything we wanted. I am blown away with the experience we received. She was absolutely amazing! We are from salt lake but traveling to this area a lot. We will definitely be back to see her!
