Today was my first visit. My parents have been coming here for years and rave about the place. We were welcomed and seated promptly. The manager, Alice, recognized my dad and called him by name. She visited our table to express genuine interest in the newcomer and engaged in a brief conversation. The drinks were ordered arrived promptly. My frequent experience at many diners is having to request refills on my coffee. Today the team was very mindful and prompt at offering refills. I wanna start out with, it was raining and I was pushing my mother in law, in her wheelchair, towards the entrance and The Hostess (i believe her name was Brandy) saw us ahead of time and quickly held the door open for us . I appreciated that so much. We were quickly sat and had drinks almost immediately. They were packed but we were able to order and get our food very quickly. The food was AMAZING! I can not wait to visit again. Best service ever.
