I ordered a strawberry poppyseed chicken salad with a broccoli soup you pick two with chips and a steak salad with chips for in dining room and 20 minutes later got a to go bag and was told it was my complete order all sealed up so i didn’t check it. Got home and the Strawberry poppyseed salad had no chicken on it and there were no bags of chips in my bag! It was such a simple order and there were quite a few people working so it wasn’t due to staff! Need to do a better job at training people how to prepare salads and prepare orders!! So upsetting since i was super hungry!

Why is this location so slow. ? Unbelievable. Come on Medina Panera let's speed it up. Drive thru is extremely slow compared to others. I just can't. When you get to the window the employee is always confused on what your order is? Managers train your people..or shut it down.

Every time I come to the Medina Panera drive-through you will absolutely wait 15 to 25 minutes when it’s just you ended another car sometimes even just you the drive-through is absolutely ridiculous. I’m waiting 16 minutes now for an order I placed online to pick up through drive through (I’m sick) I thought maybe, just maybe this time would be different because I ordered online but nope.. I’ve been at the window for atleast 10 minutes with no one even opening it. I told myself every time don’t get food here because of the drive-through I go to the Brunswick , Panera which is 15 minutes away a
