This is a great experience. I couldn’t do the survey so came here. Why all the low reviews? I go here at least once a week ever sense they opened. Never a bad experience. Staff and food is great and clean store. Never get my order wrong. So surprised. Fast service. They know me and my order. Friendly staff. Can’t rave enough about this place. Been waiting for Wing Stop to come to the area for awhile! We finally got one in the area!!! Went to check it out and was not impressed at all! I love wings! Who doesn’t, but I’m still trying to justify the prices and the quality. Service was good by the crew working and it was very busy as always. The fries were very soggy and the chicken was just ok, the wings were very small and taste was just ok, I make better ones at home. Not worth the hype and I as very disappointed. Ranch was like water also, hope things change here and this location just opened…. Not good

I have to give a shout out to Shanice at the 1363 S Babcock St Suite 14, Melbourne, FL 32901 location. She gave amazing service. Food came out fresh and delicious. Shanice's customer service alone deserves her a huge raise. She's the epitome of customer service and other locations should model their customer service after her. Whenever I'm back in Melbourne this will definitely be my stop of choice to grab a bite. Thank you Shanice.
