We really wanted to love this mom and Pop eatery located on Pilgrim Road just over the Menomonee Falls border into Germantown. We decided to try their fried cod meal. The best part of the meal was arguably a decent tasting tartar sauce that they provide. Other than that, the coating on the fish clearly tasted as though the oil had not been either rotated iout or at least filtered through cheese cloth anytime recently… Which is the way a lot of places will extend the life of their oil but the better more reputable places filter their oil on a regular basis and or swap it out completely. Just picked up a pizza...pepperoni and green peppers for our son. He said there was no taste. Really, there was hardly any sauce on it. He had to put hot sauce He said just to add taste. Last pizza will get there. The breaded mushrooms and garlic bread were good tho.

Called in an order on the phone, ordered a 13inch medium pizza,(definitely seemed bigger than 13!) and an order of cheesy garlic bread. Pizza overall presentation looked good, well done crust. Flavor profile of the crust was a bit unique. Was light and airy, almost felt like i got a slight taste of sweetness/ and a beer-ish aftertaste. Sauce to topping ratio was good. Quality of ingredients seemed a bit lacking. The cheesy garlic bread seemed like it had little to no garlic flavor and was very greasy. Would not order the garlic bread again. Waited over an hour since we ordered. Only one other table is occupied. They didn't get all their food at one time, had to wait longer for a second pizza. Finally brought us a complimentary garlic bread while we waited. Don't know if there was a problem, no one told us but it was very frustrating to wait so long. Food was hot and good when it finally came. Price is good. The staff was nice.
