Just got home with my food not even the right order call over and over no answer I got pull to the second door just have my food cold and hopefully they can fix this tmmrw morning the drive thru guy was kid with a necklace with cross pendant on it and most of workers were just around talking about explicit things they do. I’m allergic to ketchup I asked for specifically no ketchup or tomato’s. Now I have to go hungry but my dog will enjoy this.

Why is chicken HARD and they don’t answer when u call?!?! Understaffed who CARE and that affects quality as well as waste and time. These pix r CHICKEN that is ROCK hard!! Tried calling NOTHING!! Will call tomorrow morning! Rock hard chicken AND romaine which has turned!!! Oh and my receipt says EXTRA Caesar try only ONE!! This isn’t an employee problem this is a MANAGEMENT and QUALITY issue!!

Waited in drive thru for 30 mins on Sunday at 12:15 pm for a 6 pc nugget and a spicy chicken sandwich. Then, once I paid, I was told to pull forward and wait longer. I came to this location a few other times this year and I always have to wait 20 plus minutes no matter what day or time. This location should definitely be shut down

I ordered a fish sandwich which is supposed to be cooked to order but it was sooooo hard on the edges, dark in color(almost burnt), and somewhat cold in the middle. How is this possible? My fries were like warm and I waited 10mins for this meal. I had to ask the manager if my food was done because my son and I had were headed to the movies which started 10mins ago. That's when I was handed this slop for a meal. What a disappointment.
