Our first time at Brueggers, and we ordered a vermonter and a farmhouse bagel sandwich. The Vermonter we paid for two eggs (like the picture on their site, an upcharge) and also subbed pepper cream cheese for the honey walnut. When we got the Vermonter, it had only one egg, and the wrong cream cheese on it. I immediately brought it back up to the counter, where the cashier seemed confused as to what to do. I came here this morning. The cashier was very nice and sweet. The workers not so nice just cause your busy don’t be rude with other people food. he said my name Lisha gave me someone else’s food with no cream cheese on mines I went back in and he was very determined that he gave me the right food. I go to multiple Brueggers because the bagels are the best! I think the Mentor location is top notch and Matt is fantastic! The new incoming GM is also very friendly and seems to be a great addition! Thank you for years of great food!
