Me and my father are regulars here and today im sad to say this will be my last for a while. I always get a chicken Ceasar salad with no egg and I ALWAYS replace the egg with diced ham. Today the young lady behind the counter REFUSED to replace the egg with the Ham! And she was rude and honestly could care less about being there and barked demands at us. Its no wonder why these guys have gone down hill over the last year and a half. You shrink your portions and charge more and cant be bothered to replace something with what a customer requests? That's poor customer service! Such a shame for a

Do not order on door dash or Togo. Always go in yourself to pick up food careless staff. Just got my dash order with the wrong kind of soup, no extra roll which I ordered and paid for, and none of the drinks. So basically nothing was as expected. Yes food was very good just very sad and annoyed about missing items and the carelessness of the staff not checking my receipt and not making sure everything was correct before sending it with dasher.

Changed to a dumb rule that if you get a salad where you choose your own toppings, each protein is an up charge and that includes egg and avocado . Absolutely ridiculous. Penny pinchers. And the guy with the long hair is nasty.

I was extremely disappointed when I walked up to discover that the doors were locked but i was very confused because the hours displayed in the windows says Sunday 11-6. The employee tried to inform me that they were closed through the window which was almost impossible to understand. Not until I googled their hour did I conclude that their hours are 11-2. This is very unprofessional and inconvenient to im sure many others besides me.... I dont understand how the information that is displayed on site at the store is less credible than the information on the internet. I think someone should ad
