I pulled through the drive threw at 12:35 03/29. A manager who I didn’t get the name of was VERY rude. She rushed our whole order showing disrespect for us when we needed a second to figure out what we wanted. There was no one in the drive through but us so there wasn’t a need to rush or be rude. Me and my spouse didn’t even get to order what we wanted because she cut the order short not letting my spouse modify his order to a chicken biggie bag.

Just picked up lunch for my mom and myself. We live around the corner so we were shocked to see our food was barely warm. We ordered 2 big bacon combos for us via the drive through. The burger was saturated with mayo and ketchup so it wasn't just cold but messy. The fries were hard and cold. It's been a minute since we've eaten there, It will be much longer before I eat there again. Use to be a good place but not so much anymore.

I ordered a Dave's Triple meal and asked for the burger to be plain, also asked for no ice in my drink. The burger had everything on it and my cup was full half full of ice. I can't even provide an order number because I never received a receipt. The tall young man working the drive thru needs to be retrained on doing what the customer wants, not want he wants.

Worst trip ever! Ripped us off! Got all the way home to find out our 2 Triple Cheese burgers and 1 single cheese were chicken sandwiches 🥪 are you kidding me! Couldn't even go in the restaurant to order or complain. Called, and there no answer!
