Okay so I pulled up saw this woman laying down not doing her JOB at this military location…. and waited for 20 minutes!!!!!! And NO ANSWER. pulled up to the second window EMPLOYEES TOUCHING AIRPODS w BARE HANDS waved at them and beep at them for attention no ONE offer me service. Is there any management? In this location at all.?? She needs to get FIRED. And all the rest of the employees as well my worst worst experience ever at WHATABURGER. LEAVE YOUR ATTITUDE YOUR PROBLEMS AT HOME. very very dissatisfied. Do better whataburger. I rather went to Burger King with quick service and fresh food!

The restaurant was clean when I walked in. There were two couples dining and one customer behind me. The cashier was pleasant, but unfortunately did not greet me. I understand most of the staff are young teens, but a simple “hi” or “hello” goes a long way. When I opened my burger, the lettuce did not look fresh — it was yellow, which was disappointing. Went for a 'make-up' meal since they forgot part of our order last time. Ended up messing this order up + almost forgot to add the make-up item, but got this mystery fitter in my onion rings with only 4 rings... When called the manager about it he argued with me about everything and kept talking down/over me.
