This was the worst Dunkin’ I have ever visited. I went in, placed my order, and waited more than 20 minutes—nothing was prepared. When I went to ask about it, the staff were extremely rude. They lock their doors an hour early, they don’t make your coffee properly, and their staff are very lazy. I understand if theres no more food items to sell but drinks? There needs to be a change in management and staff.

just came here to get a plain bagel with cream cheese and a hot cocoa. they gave me a bagel with melted american cheese on it instead. how does that even happen, and who would ask for just cheese? is cream cheese not supposed to go on a plain bagel?

I go to this Dunkin’ mainly because it’s conveniently located right next to my house. That said, it’s really hit or miss when it comes to anything that needs to be heated up, and unfortunately, it’s more misses than hits. Also, sometimes the staff you can tell are in a bad mood, this time the person was neutral but once I got to the window she basically threw my stuff at me. This time was another miss. I should know better by now and double check my order before leaving, but sometimes I’m in a rush and just trust that everything will be fine. Big mistake. By the time I got to my destination,
