Me and my friend’s came to mcdonald’s to grab a quick meal before going to our friend’s. When we walked in the manager in store walked in high. My friend’s got his food first then it was me and my other friend waiting. My freind waited almost 20 minutes for a single sandwich. I wasn’t yelling but made my voice louder so the workers might hear me but all I got was a dirty glare from a bigger black woman with an air-pod in. We waited so long we left without even getting the food. Save your time don’t come here!

If I could give zero stars I would! I understand it can be frustrating that you are busy during the night in the drive through but for your younger male worker to throw my sauces at me because I politely let him know they weren’t in there and then accuse me of lying and even showing him inside the bag he still slammed the window on me and ignored me. You need to train your employees better to not be so rude to customers they need to be more professional and polite because this was very uncalled for and very disrespectful.

Their brews are great and their food is tasty. The menu is a bit limited and doesn’t change much so look ahead. I typically just drink here and get food elsewhere, but I’ve had some of their dishes and all of them were good. Service was 50/50 so that was disappointing. Parking can be difficult during high tourism season.

absolutely unbelievable direct attitude from their "service" workers, blatantly serving other customers in the other lane before getting to me. when i simply said hello, his tone was unacceptable, and then furthermore, when i was upset that other customers were being served before me that had arrived in line after me, he gave me more of a nasty tone. absolutely never coming back here. the management or the team changed. maybe in six months or so, you know how the turnover is with places like these
