Tonight I stopped by your Middletown, New Jersey location and all I can say is wow! I’m not sure who was working the drive-through window tonight (younger man, darker complexion, good looking) however he was the nicest, kindest employee and I felt that should be recognized. In a world where things are upside down and it feels like the bad outweighs the good, it’s nice to know that kind, solid—not just employees, but PEOPLE still exist. During a recent visit I went through the drive through. I ordered a few items including a rodeo burger. I got my order and parked to eat it. I opened the rodeo burger, and had told the attendant I wanted it with no cheese as I am lactose intolerant. I have a broken leg, and would have she through the drive thru, however the line of cars was backed up, I opted to go inside which was not as busy. I let them know about the issue. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The woman at the front had a terrible attitude from the start. While taking my order, she initially refused to accept cash until I explained it was my only method of payment. A few minutes later, my friend also ordered and only had cash, but the same employee refused, saying she had already closed her register—even though she had just taken my cash minutes earlier. This was inconsistent and unprofessional. Her behavior was rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction. It was noticeable enough that even my 12-year-old pointed it out. T
