I went to the drive-thru April 19th around1:50 p.m.. when I got my food I noticed that my tacos were not loaded like I ordered and I received curly fries instead of regular fries. I went inside to tell them to correct the mistake and the manager was very rude and made me feel unwelcomed. They did not even give me a receipt for my order at the window. She made it seem like I was a inconvenience because they got my order wrong. Then she resumed to ask me for my tacos and then took my order back into the kitchen loaded them and then gave them back to me. I have never had a bad experience here b

The only reason I ordered the combo was for the surprise cup with the pin, and they didn’t include it. And for almost eighteen dollars, what they give you is garbage — ridiculously tiny portions and bad taste

Ordered these through the app , had to wait 5-8 mins in the drive thru , mind you it’s not busy , I get back to Lubbock and this is what I get for $10 a piece , crazy work , unprofessional and then u had the employee complaining for only sleeping 4 hours talking to someone in a AirPod I guess ,

Do not come here. It’s dirty, employees do not care at all about service. Food is not great. They will give you old food like cold cold fries it’s bad. I sat for 15 min at the menu board ready to order and they made me wait trapped while they “got some orders out” can’t pull forward can’t reverse. Real nice. Then the food is bad? That’s insult to injury seriously. Just say no to Jack
