I ordered through the drive through and plainly asked if I could have the chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat bread and they said yes. They handed me my sandwich on a croissant. They were willing to remake it for me which was great however only half of my sandwich had chicken salad on it. Was very disappointed in the care the employees have for their customers.

This is the best kneaders. Always fresh and generous. I order the apple cranberry salads for my elderly parents and have them delivered to their house. They love it. My fave salad also and my grandkids love their broccoli cheddar soup. Good brownies.

Paid $21 dollars the sandwich was the only decent thing. The soup melted the container and was wrapped in saran wrap, a mess to try and open, the parm chips I paid extra for was only a small handful & the cranberry juice was given in a cup that the lid was not meant for and the tiny cup spilled everywhere when trying to put the straw in. Very displeased with this location.

We stopped here for lunch, and the staff provided exceptional service. I can’t remember the last time I went out and someone served us so kindly. We had dogs so we sat at the patio, and they brought out the umbrella, water for dogs, and even a treat for the dogs. They waited patiently while we tried to figure out our order. I’m ver grateful for the staff at this location and I hope they are treated well and compensated fairly because it’s a rarity to have such good service nowadays.
