The lady at the window on 5/25/26 around 2:20 doesn’t listen to orders correctly at all. As if she doesn’t even care to get your order right. I had to pull around the drive through twice to get a small order correct because she said she can’t add anything to the order unless I pull around. And then had to use half the napkin I was given to clean up the drink they gave me because it was fully a mess I’ve had people at this Taco Bell that looked super high give me 10 times better service then this girl specially

Just got home with my pickup order and was about to go to town on my chips and queso when I noticed something that looks absolutely DISGUSTING in my queso! Idk if it is MOLD, DUST OR WHAT but I will absolutely not be eating ANY queso from here again. As well as REMOVING TOMATOES from my taco which came with… TOMATOES!

Employees do not know how to read orders properly. I ordered a quesadilla with extra cheese and sauce. There was hardly any cheese and no sauce at all. The reason I get quesadillas at Taco Bell is for the sauce inside. I was also missing a side of the diablo ranch. It was also slow but no other cars around. At least get the order right if you’re that slow.
