We had to try the "new & improved" Whopper! It was made very well, neatly put together & was very tasty. I have to admit, I can't tell any difference as I always enjoyed "the old" Whopper! Fries were hot, staff was friendly, so all- in-all, a nice lunch. The temperature in the restaurant was perfect! So tired of freezing in fast food places which makes the food cold quickly. It was comfortable to sit without having to bundle up.

We love the BK. We do usually just go through to drive thru though. We like to just sit in the car and have our meal watching the little birds in the bushes. Staff are very pleasant here and out food is always good & hot. We don't do fast food very often but sometimes you just need a quick cheeseburger.

First window, GM, Happy New Year. Second window, GM, smiles, a special Happy New Year. I drive off on my way home to Downtown Montgomery, I sample my French fries and the fries are perfect, just the way I like them, hot, lightly salted. I arrive home and eats my whopper. It’s still warm and all the ingredients complement each other. Delicious!!!! The BK In Prattville, Alabama is where you want to stop by to enjoy your food to go eatery experience.

I’m not sure what’s up with this place lately but we stopped for breakfast 2-8-26 before church, my husband got the sausage egg and cheese croissant, and his sausage was cooked hard, I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant some of my bacon on there was cooked hard as well, the French toast sticks were cold, and so were the hash browns. I’m not sure what’s going on with the breakfast crew or kitchen staff but this is the 2nd time we’ve had this problem with them.
