I’m so sorry to say, it was maybe one of the dirtiest bathrooms and smelliest. We feel gross walking in. Me and my husband both. The drink wasn’t carbonated, the drink my kid spilled wasn’t cleaned up, the server mediocre. But nice. Every single worker didn’t have proper hygiene besides hostess and the sales manager. Everyone was nice but it was too gross. We couldn’t even eat there.

Cracker Barrel CB0273 Prattville, AL… The Manager (Kami) at this particular CB is absolutely AMAZING and anyone can tell that she loves what she does! I witnessed her kindness to not only customers throughout the store/restaurant but also to her co-workers (High 5’s for exceeding goals). I also saw her sweeping the floors and doing things that she didn’t just expect her Employees to do which you don’t see much of anymore. She is amazing! CB, do whatever you can to keep ppl like Kami loving what she does so she can train the next generation to come!

I have been traveling all over the country, making Cracker Barrel our go to. This one absolute crap. The service was slow and the food they brought out was even crapper. I ordered chicken and meatloaf dish. Meatloaf was fine chicken arrived after that was ok. But now let's get to the sides mashed potatoes were dry and a very small portion,then corn was dry it looked like a got the drags of the bottom of the pan. The waitress apologized and asked me if I wanted it changed. She should not have brought it out in the first place! Really she served it and saw it when she brought it out. They had

Very family oriented, helpful with my disabled husband and the fried fish was so good. My grandson in law and granddaughter loved their meal also. My husband was disappointed with his green beans and pinto beans. Cracker barrel used to have the best pinto beans. That was our favorite thing to eat there. Cornbread and biscuits were great starters for our meal. And we really enjoyed our visit with our granddaughter and her husband. We would definitely eat there again if we are traveling that way. Our waitress was very good and kept our glasses full and making sure our food was good. The shop was
