I showed up place an order for a large french fry and two hamburgers. My money was taken promptly. When are we the window where I should have received my order I sat there for 7 minutes. Could see everyone in the window laughing and joking picking up boxes talking to each other, not one person came to the window and said we are waiting on your hamburgers. I finally yelled into the window to get someone's attention. They told me well they couldn't do anything about that they were waiting for hamburgers. I'm driving up to the empty mcdonald's drive through and I picked lane number two. A voice comes through the speaker asks me to wait a moment. Cool I can wait. A minute or two later voice comes on again asking for me to wait another moment. It's a little odd seeing as i'm the only car in the drive through. About 20 seconds later, another car drives in pulls up to lane number one. Immediately has their order taken and pulls through to the window, at which point I left.

Went through the drive through this morning at 8:20 AM I used my points for a LARGE Carmel frappe and a hash brown with a McGriddle (sausage egg and cheese) went to pay for the sandwich and hash brown and they said did you have ice coffee? NO oh ok did you have a Carmel frappe I said yes. They wanted to hand me a small I said no LARGE then they handed me what I thought was a large but it’s a medium… then they handed me the McGriddle but it was just a sausage McGriddle… so frustrating and I wasted my points for nothing!
