One of the worst experiences i had with Panera. Order Fuji Salad chicken and the Dried apple wasn’t added at all then i found this insect in my salad bowl. It’s disgusting not gonna order anymore

Will NEVER order from this location again. I ordered mac and cheese through Uber Eats, and the cup arrived barely half full, almost as if someone ate some of it! I’ve ordered this item before, so I know what the normal portion is supposed to look like, and this was absolutely not it. For almost $8, I expected a properly filled container, not something that looked partially eaten. The salad I ordered was fine, but the mac and cheese portion was unacceptable. Attention to quality control and consistency clearly needs improvement.

How hard is it to add chicken to a GREEK SALAD CHICKEN?!! Seriously. Dinner was ruined, no protein. Nothing like eating a bowl of lettuce. Thanks Panera! Do better!
