Absolutely disgusting found MOLD on one of my fries. Who knows how many moldy fries I ate beforehand I’m genuinely upset the workers and management should be ashamed for serving something like this.

I went to the BK at 1600 High St. Millville, NJ. It was 5PM when I walked in. I intended to use my 1100 rewards points as they were about to expire.. I ordered fries and a whopper sandwich. I was given the fries and told that I could not receive the sandwich until 5:59 PM... I was expected to sit for an hour waiting for my sandwich? That is simply ridiculous. I asked the register-person to please return my rewards points and I would return another time. She told me that I could not cancel my order. I asked for a manager and was told "not available. Went to the drive thru after work, first of all, no ice, sodas were all warm and flat. No napkins. Food was lukewarm at best, and bland. Also said I could not do a separate order with a separate bill, which I never heard of. Wont be going there again. Really should no stars.

Dirty, 4 people behind the counter as I waited 13 minutes and finally walked out without being waited on. NO ONE ASKED ME ANYTHING nor did they attempt to make contact. Maybe it's something about me personally? Kinda felt that way. The young folks prior to me were treated better. Won't be back.
