The meal was supposed to be hot, but by the time I opened it, everything was cold. The tenders did not taste fresh, and the overall experience was very disappointing. The food looked nothing like the photos being advertised. I also ordered the prickly pear lemonade, but the drink I received tasted carbonated and did not taste like lemonade at all, which makes me question whether I received the correct drink. This location seriously needs better quality control, fresher food, and more care taken with customer orders.

I came in for a family meal order and I was informed there would be a long wait, but I didnt mind. They managed to make the food in a fast and timely manner, despite having to deal with a large order before me, which is why there was a long wait. They gave me my order with a smile and said they were sorry for having me wait for a while, but I assured them it was no problem. I wanted to give a recognition to the manager and their staff for their hard work today cause I know what its like to be slammed with orders and having a customer wait a long time for their order to be ready. Great job team
