Met up with old colleagues to catch up and stumbled upon a place I had forgotten was on my to do list. So glad we went here! @puralimacantina in The North Loop was so much better than I was ready for. They also have locations in EdinaWayzata and a new spot to come inBlaine Overall think Chipotle set up for ordering but then make it 100x better. Vegan options! Each bowl was $10.15, they were able to make them rice-free easily due to a rice allergy and was very filling. I had Jalapeños added to mine which made it much spicier as they are fresh, not pickled- fantastic.

I had a great experience at Puralima! The food was absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Every bite was enjoyable, and you can tell they put care into their dishes. The customer service was A1 from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Puralima to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

Don’t eat here after 5 PM. Dinner portions are consistently smaller. Used to be really good. Portion sizes have dropped significantly the past 3 times we’ve gone. Food quality has also gone down over the past month or so. Edit to add: they’ve fixed these issues at least the past couple times I’ve been there! Food is still delicious, portions seem to be ironed out :)
