Taco Bell it is a great place I love to go to when I just need a quick bite to eat and I know the food 's gonna be good. But this particular location took quite a long time to serve food out to customers.

Someone stole my family's orders of food. They were leaving building as I pulled in. It was a larger order and a hurried DD driver had a look on their face that made me immediately wonder if that was 'our' dinner headed to the wrong place. After being doubted, accused of error and being spoken to, in a very condescending tone... about their lack of diligence for order verification on pickups, especially for an uncommonly large taco bell oder; i will be driving to a different location in the future. I actually dont care for the food here that much, but I do enjoy the smiles a fresh, well made

Tbh there should of been no reason for them to mess my order up, they had literally one other cars order, we specifically asked for steak and they wrote it down and yet no steak, payed over 5 bucks in steak just to not receive it, pretty pathetic

Horrible service in lobby! I waited5 minutes at the counter to give my order, and no one acknowledged I was even there. I finally used the self-serve order kiosk. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order and drink. The first cup they gave me had a bug in it, and the drinks I wanted were out of order. The lobby was not clean. Half of the available seating was put up, and a majority of the remaining seats and tables had not been cleaned off. I watched the team repeatedly ignore food delivery personnel. Two actually left without their orders. One had to be chased after because they were given a dr
